My name is Ashley and I am a writer, jewelry designer, cat mom and wife. I love to travel, eat, and wear pretty things! I have my degree in fashion design from FIDM, but worked for several years in the fine jewelry industry- first for a major department store, and then as a sales account rep for a national fine jeweler. I’ve been learning the ins and outs of jewelry care, trends, designs and fads, and I’m ready to share what I know with you! I am currently working on launching a size inclusive jewelry brand, Chouette Designs.
I was born and raised in LA, learned a ton living in Portland, OR and have now settled in San Diego, California. I’m constantly trying to have local adventures and find the best places to eat, drink, hike or hang. However, I’ll never lose that wanderlust spirit- I’m always planning the next trip!
